• Order Title / HOA, ensure delivery

• Manage important deadline dates

• Deliver Due Diligence documents

• Deliver inspection receipts

• Draft Amends, send Title any necessary Amends

• Check file for compliance

• Check Settlement Statements for accuracy

• Coordinate final walkthrough and closing, send out reminders

• Order closing gift

• Collect client testimonials

• Update CTM, additional CTM support as needed

• Email electronic file to Sellers

Buyer Under Contract

• Send contract to Lender
